For a free and non-obligatory quote.... Please send us an email to email@balticstags.com stating any destination preference (Riga, Vilnius, Tallinn), how many people are likely to be in the group, when you'd like to travel, what standard of accommodation you'd prefer, what activities you'd like to do, and anything else you think will be helpful in creating what will probably be the best weekend of your lives!

If you're happy with our suggestions and price quotation you'll find the actual booking process very straightforward and simple.
We simply require a non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total cost of the booking (non-refundable because we hand it over to our accommodation and activity suppliers to guarantee your reservation). The outstanding balance needs to be paid at least 35 days before the day of arrival.
Important note: The booking cannot be confirmed until we have received a deposit for every member of the group.

We use a company called PAYPAL to receive payments. This is a very safe and secure way to transfer money over the internet and we never come into contact with your card. Those of you who are ebayers should know all about paypal. You can find out more about paypal from their website www.paypal.com.
Paypal allows each member of the group to pay individually and also enables the use of credit cards such as visa, mastercard, american express and debit cards such as delta, switch and solo (there is however a 3% surcharge for paying with a credit card) . If you prefer, the nominated group leader can take responsibility for the collection of the monies from the group and pay us on behalf of the group.
To save you time and effort setting up a paypal account you can also pay us direct into our Nationwide Building Society account in the UK.

Why book early?

- Booking sooner rather than later greatly increases the likelihood of getting extremely cheap flights to Vilnius as well as having the pick of any activities you wish to participate in.
- Booking early is good practice in terms of getting the group organised. This greatly reduces the chance of anyone dropping out as they'll have already paid their deposit and they'll be able to juggle any possible future clash of dates around your trip!
- Once it's booked, leave the stress to us! The organisation will be reduced to a minimum for you as we'll take the responsibility of making sure everything runs smoothly.
- If you have travel insurance you can claim back the deposit should anything happen forcing you to cancel or rearrange your trip.
